Is this a bit late considering that summer officially starts tomorrow..? To be honest this base is amazing all year round. Enriched with a unique complex (kombucha + UV filter system) and light reflecting pigments, it promises to: illuminate, hydrate, smooth wrinkles, refine skin texture, reduce the appearance of dark spots and protects your skin with SPF25.

It is one of the first western BB creams I have tried and I am pretty impressed. It brightens up and evens out your skin tone effortlessly. It is also suitable for all skin types, but downside is that it is only available in two shades: light and medium, which can be a problem for people with darker skin tones.

Scent wise, it is quite a strong fresh floral scent (the same scent as the Vichy Ideal Soleil) but after application, it is barely noticeable. The texture is extremely light and blends in perfectly, leaving you dewy and glowing with a natural finish, you can barely tell its there! Even though it is amazing for brightening and illuminating your skin, it does not have a lot of coverage.

This is definitely my go to BB cream for the spring/summer months!
